Our goal at Wilderness Stables and Tack Ltd is to produce and raise athletic horses that have some of the best blood lines in the cow horse industry. Horses that have good conformation and that oh so important mind that will take you in any direction that you wish to pursue. We take pride in matching horse and rider!

Congratulations!!! - 05.11.10

Congratulations to Vance Kaglea owner of the mare CD Hauler, on winning the Supreme! Due to an injury, Vance could not ride her himself, but, got a stand in rider in Clint, who, with only 5 days to figuire her out, went on to the winners circle. Again congratulations Vance !!!

Waiting for new foals - 02.16.10

Well its that time of year again, staying at the barn waiting for the new foals to start arriving. The first this year will be by my son of playgun out of a daughter of High Brow Cat. But the Smart Lttle Lena daughter, bred to Sophisticated Catt might have something to say about that. Hopefully have the first breeding of the year done, CD Olena daughter, bred to Boozer, I think that this will be a smokin cross and it sure can't hurt that she has $25,000 of earning on her! Come out and visit and see the new foals, we are just 10 minutes east of Calgary, just off the #1 Hwy.

Congratulations to Denny Becker and Boozer on a Date for winning the $5000.00 Boozer baby fund, I think you may have some competition this coming year as John Swales, has been telling me how much he thinks of the gelding he has in his barn. Congratulations to Vance Kagles and CD Hauler, winners of the incentive fund for the original purchaser of a horse bought from Wilderness Stables and Tack Ltd
